When looking for a significant other you look for certain qualities. You want them to be well-organized, self-sufficient and practical. However when Venus passes through Aquarius you will find that your taste in people change quite a bit. You might want to get to know a scatter-brained coworker, or someone who is crazy and messy. This won't be permanent, but could be fun while it lasts.

Mercury turns retrograde on January 21st. You will want to rethink what your goals are and where you are going. Retrace your steps in other words. A work-related issue that needs to be revisited will land on your desk. Fix it, don't brag, but do let your supervisor know that they did the job wrong.
